“Being in business for yourself, not by yourself.”  This is the philosophy of RE/MAX Connection.  We have assembled the industries finest administrators to create staff services which are unparalleled.  Our dedicated staff understands that RE/MAX Connection is not successful unless our agents are successful.  As the market changes you should work smarter not harder.  Our staff is the centralized network to making you as efficient as possible.  An agent has been quoted, “It’s like having a personal assistant without the added expense of one. 

They take care of all the time consuming tasks so I can focus on my business.”

As a RE/MAX Connection agent you can depend on your staff to:

  • Professionally represent you. – Every contact with the public will be handled professionally.  Every phone call to the office will be answered by the staff and the call directed to the appropriate agent.  This ensures that all lead calls on a listing go directly to the listing agent.  Save time and money by not having to sit “floor” or “opportunity” time.   Finally you can let your listings work for you.  

  • Create and Maintain Listing Packages.   –To maximize your time, our listing packages are assembled and ready for you to just grab and go.  Included in every package is a check list to aid you thru the paper signing process.  You will have better leverage in securing the listing over the competition, because as a RE/MAX Connection agent you can negotiate your own commission, decide the best way to market your new listing and even offer free home warrantee coverage to you seller. 

  • Upload your listing into MLS.  – Manage your time better by allowing our staff will enter all listings into the Multiple Listing Service of your choice.  We currently utilize Trend, Paragon and Inovia.  The staff will even download supplied photos for each listing.

  • Set up an account for your listing in Centralized Showing Services (CSS) www.css.com -  This service allows you and your client to track showings as well as feedback.  Standard or customized feedback requests are emailed to all showing agents.  This service will save you time, money and energy by reducing the tedious task of retrieving feedback.   CSS has extensive operating hours affording co-ops easier access to set appointments and in turn providing better servicing of your clients.  We’re all about making you look good!

  • Create promotional pieces  - Upon request our staff provides our agents with “Just Listed” and “Just Sold”/”Sold in Cooperation” postcards ((Show samples of postcards here)).  Utilizing the RE/MAX design Center, feature sheets will be provided to you to promote your new listing. http://marketing.remaxdesigncenter.com/2115/425696/425696.ipv   Imagine the time and money you’ll save with this convenient service

  • Type contract and all required addendums. – No more time wasted copying contracts.  Once the contracts are approved, our staff will email them, copy them, or fax them to co-op.  It’s your call, just tell the staff to whom and to where you need the contracts sent.  YES, it really is that easy!!!!

  • Maintain accurate files – At RE/MAX Connection we pride ourselves on our efficiency.  By keeping and maintaining the office file, the staff will have at their fingertips, all the information needed to assist you, your co-op and any other vendor with the processing of the file. 

  • Processing – ((This needs to be better defined as in house processing is done thru Connection Title not our staff))  Preparing file for settlement.

  • Assist with training – Our staff will assist with training on the Design Center so you can prepare a virtual tours and web commercials of your listing http://marketing.remaxdesigncenter.com/2115/426434 .  Burn DVD’s of your tour to market the listing.  Impress your client as well as potential buyers with this state of the art marketing media.  You will amaze your client by showing them how many hits the tour got by month, by day, even by hour.  You will also be able to show hits by city, state, country, even from which browser the buyer searched on.  You do not have to pay anything extra for this information like you would with “Top Producer”, it’s all provided for you, the RE/MAX Connection professional.

  • Assist with Mailings – Our staff will even aid in the addressing and labeling of postcards and other mailers.  Freeing up even more time for you to be more productive in your business.
