I've been meaning to write you for some time, but I just completed my graduate program not too long ago, and I was pretty swamped between school and work. Now that I have a moment to breathe, I can finally communicate my thoughts.

My name is Lydia Doshier. My fiancé, Jeffrey Walker and I bought a home in April 2007, and our agent is Keith Greaves. I can't begin to tell you how incredible our experience has been with Re/Max. From the moment Jeff and I met Keith, we knew there was something extraordinary about him. Keith possesses that special combination of grace and professionalism that is extremely rare in today's world. I'm not a first-time home buyer, but my fiancé was, yet Keith had the ability to put him at ease. I'm sure you are aware that buying a home can be a frustrating and stressful endeavor, however, Keith saw to it that we were well informed every step of the way. He was never too busy to answer or return our calls, and just when things seemed as if they were ready to fall apart, Keith always found a solution to every problem. Keith seems to treat problems as if they are opportunities, rather than problems. At the closing, we thought we were in disaster mode when the seller didn't show up, but that didn't stop your team. Everyone involved in the closing team got up from the table, had a short conference, and just when we thought our deal would turn to toast, your team walked back into the conference room and announced, we still have a deal. Even your administrative staff was kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to accommodate us.

At one point, we thought the warranty we had been promised was null and void, and although the closing was done and the house and all its problems were in our hands, Keith worked incessantly to make certain we had our warranty reinstated. We had dealt with other agents prior to meeting Keith, but his level warmth and professionalism could not be surpassed.

I do and will continue to recommend everyone I can to your organization. We really wanted to buy this home as an investment, and hopefully when the market looks a little different and we've built up some more equity we will be ready to buy a newer home. I can say with certainty, when we are ready to buy again, we will look no further than Keith Greaves and Re/Max.
