EVESHAM (March 14) – Licensed Public Adjuster Virginia Bordelon will be the featured speaker at the next “Guardian Hour of Power Lunch Seminar” scheduled for Wednesday, April 10.
Bordelon, who works with Axis Public Adjusters, experienced hurricanes Betsy, Camille and Katrina both personally and professionally as a resident of New Orleans and she will address these and other insurance-related issues in her presentation “Let’s Get Proactive!”
The seminar, sponsored by Guardian Settlement Agents, one of the state’s leading title agencies serving all of New Jersey’s 21 counties, will begin at 12 p.m. noon on Wednesday, April 10 at Guardian’s South Jersey headquarters at 1000 Lincoln Drive East, Suite Two, in Marlton (08053). Lunch will be served and there is no charge to attend.
To register for the seminar, contact Guardian Settlement Agents President Drew Whipple at 856-985-9007 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
“Using the services of a public adjuster to help prepare a home for sale is an innovative way for real estate professionals to get maximum value for their clients,” said Guardian CEO Christopher J. Brown. “We provide valuable information such as this, free of charge, every month in our ‘Hour of Power’ informational seminar series.”
A public adjuster is a professional consultant, licensed by a state’s Department of Insurance, who works on behalf of the homeowner – not the insurance company – to secure the true repair value for property damage. In many cases, this damage may qualify for reimbursement under a homeowners’ policy.
Bordelon will explain how public adjustment firms help homeowners receive funds to repair physical damage, eyesores or cosmetic impairments to facilitate a faster, more profitable home sale. Usually, the homeowner is either unaware of such claims or unable to present them properly, but a public adjuster is qualified to professionally handle claims to maximize the financial settlement.
You can contact Virginia Bordelon at 985-290-0696 or at email@example.com.
The next “Hour of Power” seminar will be held on the second Wednesday of May, the 8th, and will feature Steve Hunn and Mike Buckley from U.S. Inspect, the one-stop company for your home inspection needs. They will be speaking on the topic “How to Assure a Home Inspection Does Not Kill a Deal.”
