(February 18, 2010) – Kevin R. Bayzath, Broker of Record and Manager of South Jersey’s RE/MAX Connection Realtors, will assume his position this month as a member of the 2010 Board of Directors of the Burlington/Camden County Association of Realtors (BCCAR).
Bayzath, who has been a BCCAR member since 1991, is one of eight at-large Directors on the organization’s 14-member Executive Board. BCCAR Directors are responsible for setting the direction of and establishing policy for the Association within the framework of its Bylaws. He was elected to the position last fall, took the oath of office in December and will sit at his first official meeting later this month.

Brown. “He has played a key role in our company becoming one of the pre-eminent real estate firms in the area and we know he will have a positive and productive influence on the actions of the BCCAR.”
A Realtor for more than 18 years, Bayzath joined RE/MAX Connection in 2005 as Broker Associate/Manager and was promoted to Broker of Record/Manager in January 2009. Before joining RE/MAX Connection, he had worked for several other South Jersey real estate offices.
Bayzath is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) “Distinguished Sales Club,” a position he attained by achieving 10-plus years in the NJAR’s Million Dollar Sales Club. He also is a multiple-year member of the RE/MAX Presidents Club, the RE/MAX 100% Club and the RE/MAX Executive Club.
He holds the professional titles of Graduate, Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Some of the courses in which Bayzath participated to achieve these accreditations include: “Risk Management,” “Building Wealth Through Real Estate Investments” and “Managing for Peak Performance.”
In addition to his long-time BCCAR membership, Bayzath also belongs to the National Association of Realtors as well as the NJAR. During his time with the BCCAR, he previously served as chairman of the Association’s Grievance Committee and as a member of the Legislative Committee.
Bayzath is a graduate of Richard Stockton College in Pomona and Shawnee High School in Medford.
