(February 26, 2010) -- Christopher J. Brown, chairman and CEO of RE/MAX Connection Realtors, has selected Realtors Elisa Nicolaci and Brian Ziegenfuss as the February 2010 recipients of the agency’s Chairman’s Choice award.
“We value Elisa and Brian, and all our Realtors, for the time and effort they put into giving RE/MAX Connection customers the professional service they deserve,” said Brown. “Our Chairman’s Choice program is just one of the many ways we recognize our colleagues for the great work they do.”
The Marlton office of RE/MAX Connection Realtors finished 2009 as the #5 ranked RE/MAX office in New Jersey. Between its Marlton and Mantua offices, RE/MAX Connection placed 13 agents in the top 50 of all RE/MAX agents statewide for 2009, including the state’s number one agent, Mark Petracci from the Mantua office.
For its monthly Chairman’s Choice award, RE/MAX Connection Realtors selects one agent each from its Marlton and Mantua offices and features them in newspaper advertisements along with a photo and an agent-selected real estate listing. Each recipient receives a personal plaque recognizing the accomplishment and also has her or his name placed on a public plaque in the front lobby of each of the two company offices.
Before becoming a Realtor in 1990, Elisa Nicolaci, the RE/MAX Connection/Marlton selection for February, spent six years working in the New York City fashion industry, giving her an excellent eye for home design and detail. She has been with RE/MAX Connection for six years and, in that time, has achieved both Presidents Club and 100% Club honors. She also was the state’s 35th-ranked RE/MAX agent for 2009.
This month’s award recipient from the Mantua office, Brian Ziegenfuss, spent 18 years in residential construction and has been a Realtor for 11 years. He is a Certified Sales Associate, a Luxury Home Specialist and has completed all five levels of the Management in Residential Marketing program.
