(May 24, 2010) -- Christopher J. Brown, chairman and CEO of RE/MAX Connection Realtors, has selected Realtors Mark Cuccuini and Dave Sulvetta as the May 2010 recipients of the agency’s Chairman’s Choice award.
“Our Chairman’s Choice award program was designed to recognize the top Realtors at RE/MAX Connection, the top South Jersey real estate agency,” Brown said. “Mark and Dave are just two of the nearly 100 outstanding real estate agents that work out of our Marlton and Mantua offices.”
The RE/MAX Connection office in Marlton finished this past year as the fifth-ranked RE/MAX operation in New Jersey. Between its Mantua and Marlton offices, RE/MAX Connection placed 13 Realtors in the top 50 out of more than 3,600 RE/MAX agents statewide in 2009.
For its monthly Chairman’s Choice award, RE/MAX Connection Realtors selects one agent each from its Marlton and Mantua offices and features them in newspaper advertisements along with a photo and an agent-selected real estate listing. Each recipient receives a personal plaque recognizing the accomplishment and also has her or his name placed on a public plaque in the front lobby of each of the two company offices.
Mark Cuccuini, the Marlton selection for May, has been with RE/ MAX Connection since 2007 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. He has earned professional designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. With a concentration in residential real estate, Mark has average annual sales of between $4 million and $5 million.
This month’s award recipient from the Mantua office, Dave Sulvetta has been serving customers in Gloucester, Camden and Burlington counties as a full-time Realtor since 2006. With his strong technology background, Dave assures that your home will be marketed to potential buyers throughout the country with a proven sales strategy that allows for high market exposure using Internet and print advertising.
